Pour ouvrir sa résidence au Baiser Salé, le guitariste Hugo Corbin embarque dans une exploration hypnotique de l’univers de David Lynch, là où la musique ne commente pas l’image, mais la crée, l’inspire, l’habite.
Aux côtés de la voix magnétique d’Ava Celly, de la basse singulière de Marc Buronfosse (et sa Fender VI aux résonances profondes), et de la batterie cinématographique de Srdjan Ivanovic, il revisite les thèmes mythiques du réalisateur culte — comme autant de paysages sonores à traverser les yeux fermés.

Hugo Corbin est un guitariste et compositeur français à l’univers sensible et cinématographique. Formé entre Paris, Londres et New York, il développe une musique qui mêle jazz contemporain, influences rock planant et textures inspirées du septième art. Porté par une approche narrative du son, il crée des paysages intérieurs à la fois mélancoliques et lumineux, où chaque note semble raconter une histoire. Sa démarche artistique, à la frontière du réel et de l’imaginaire, s’exprime aussi bien dans ses compositions personnelles que dans ses nombreuses collaborations sur la scène jazz actuelle.
Dans le cadre des résidences bimestrielles, Le Baiser Salé s’engage en faveur des artistes en devenir, offrant un espace d’expérimentation libre, audacieux et tourné vers la création.

Hugo Corbin is a French guitarist and composer with a sensitive, cinematic universe. Trained between Paris, London and New York, his music blends contemporary jazz, soaring rock influences and seventh-art-inspired textures. Driven by a narrative approach to sound, he creates interior landscapes that are both melancholy and luminous, where each note seems to tell a story. His artistic approach, which straddles the border between the real and the imaginary, is expressed both in his own compositions and in his many collaborations on today's jazz scene.
As part of its bimonthly residencies, Le Baiser Salé is committed to supporting up-and-coming artists, offering a free, daring and creative space for experimentation.
