This workshop “Resilience Transition and Encouragement” is meant to help build resilience for yourself and to help people around you build their resilience during this Covid-19 period.
You will discover practical tools through experiential activities.
Every session there will be a little bit of theory though Adler, Positive Discipline (Jane Nelsen and Lynn Lott), Carol Dweck, Kubler Ross and Kessler, Brené Brown Bruce Perry, neuroscience discoveries and many others who are our inspiration.
We will encourage ourselves and take time to reflect on what is happening for ourselves and for others.
We will be exploring different topics such as letting go, regulate stress, regulate thoughts and emotions, increase awareness to take good decisions for ourselves, create security in uncertainty, build strong and constructive relationships, the power of vulnerability…
We want to make this moment both inspirational and fun, both deep and light!
We want the workshop to be very practical and useful!
