A weekend to move, breathe, and slow down together.
Come spend three days with us on the island of Crete, for a retreat focused on yoga, presence movement, and spending time together. No pressure to perform or do more – just a chance to slow down, take a breath, and reconnect with yourself, surrounded by good people and a beautiful place.
We’re Claire, Lisa, and Pram (
meet us here) – three yoga teachers who met during our training in India. Since then, we’ve each found our own way to bring yoga and mindful movement into our daily lives – in a way that feels real, supportive, and enjoyable.
This retreat is our way of sharing that with you.
We’ve put a lot of thought and care into creating something simple, honest, and welcoming – something we hope feels good to be part of.
It’s the first time we’re doing this, and hopefully not the last.
Whether you’re new to yoga or it’s already part of your life, you’re welcome here. This retreat is especially for friends and friends of friends who want to explore, reflect, and connect – with curiosity, kindness, and joy.
