In this guided art therapy workshop, you won’t just paint…
✨You’ll meet her.
✨You’ll listen to her.
✨And you’ll create something together.

This isn’t about artistic skill. It’s about expression, softness, and connection.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

We begin with a calming grounding exercise. Then, during a group feelings check-in, we gently reflect on how we’re arriving today. No pressure. Just presence.

 

Next comes the heart of the workshop: a guided visualization where you’ll meet the younger version of yourself — the curious, playful, brave (or maybe fearful) little girl still inside of you. After the meditation, you’ll express that connection on canvas. You might paint silhouettes, shapes, symbols, colors — anything that represents your relationship.

 

You’ll have access to a variety of materials: watercolor, gouache, oils, acrylics,  color pencils, soft pastels, and more.

 

The goal is not to create “good art.”
It’s to create honest art.

Anna — An art therapist with a background in psychology & a creative soul.

She turns emotions into art and art into healing. In her workshops, expect messy hands, open hearts and a touch of sisterhood magic.
