Sade Pilates by PM Club is a pre–Fête de la Musique pop-up designed to move you out of routine and into rhythm.
Set in the spirit of celebration, this all-levels Pilates session is less about precision and more about presence.
The class is intentionally accessible, whether you’re stepping onto a mat for the first time or already deep in your practice; you’re here to feel, not perform.
This is not a traditional Pilates class. Expect a carefully curated soundtrack inspired by neo-soul classics and beyond, a celebration of flow & rhythm.
After class, the energy stays. A space to have a drink and share a conversation before FDLM because movement doesn’t end when the session does.
Please arrive on time and at least 5 minutes before class. After 10 minutes late entry will NOT be permitted for the class only.
Location
The studio is located in central Paris, and the exact address will be shared with you later in an email before the class.
What to Bring?
All equipment will be provided, and grip socks are not required but are recommended.
What is the Level of the Class?
This class is suitable for all levels, including beginners. It is formatted as a one-time intro to Pilates. You can expect to sweat and complete exercises targeting the core and lower body.
