Join us at the beautiful Lisbon Music Temple for an afternoon of connection, presence and shared voice.
We will begin with a ceremonial cacao from the Amazon, gently opening the heart and grounding us in the body, infused with Blue Lotus: a sacred flower known for its calming and intuitive qualities, inviting softness, inner expansion and deep listening.
From this space, we move into a guided singing circle.
No experience is needed, only the willingness to be present. Together, we will explore our voices, sing simple melodies and mantras, and create a shared field of harmony.
