* SELF-FUCKERY
This is a 3-hour selftie class during which you will explore three concepts:
Mindfuck - or how to give yourself false impressions and destabilize yourself emotionally or psychologically in a selfie context.
Fuck with yourself - or how to place yourself in difficult situations in which you are struggling.
Fuck yourself - or how to explore your sexuality or sensuality in a selfie.
During this course, you will be guided through a series of exercises focusing on one or the other of these concepts. You'll be invited to explore a range of emotions and intentions to discover a partial suspension and floor practice that suits your selftie profile.
This is not an introduction to selftie! It's an exploratory course based on the participants' own knowledge and experience. Participants should have some experience in tying. You don't need to know how to handle suspension lines to take this course: all the exercises can be adapted for floor practice, but you do need to know how to tie a single-column tie. In this sense, La Cabäne's introductory course (or equivalent) is a good starting point. (Having taken the "intro to selftie in floorplay" course is sufficient to register for this one). No harnesses will be taught during this class.
