The Ruby option includes airport transfer but not the flight to/from Helsinki. There is one airport transfer from Helsinki to the accommodation on 6 Jan at 16:00 and one back to the airport on 11 jan, in time for departures after 16:00 (we may revise this depending on your flight, so please get in touch before booking). Make sure to book flights that can correspond to these transfer times, unless you decide to make your own way to/from the retreat.

Hot and cold therapy — evening sauna on the edge of an icy lake. Jump from hot to cold to hot to cold until (hopefully) you reach balance point, where you you no longer feel the cold.
