En achetant le Full Pass vous autorisez le Festival, le photographe et le vidéaste du festival, ses agents, ayants droit, ainsi que l'équipe organisatrice, à reproduire et exploiter votre image dans le cadre de la promotion et de la communication du Multiverse Kizomba Congress.

PreParty du Jeudi & AfterParty du Lundi et les Master Classes ne sont pas incluses dans le Full Pass.

=> Remboursement possible via l'assurance annulation de la billetterie (option payante)

=> Pénalité de 25 EUR en cas de présentation d'un pass du mauvais "genre"

- L'intérieur de l'hôtel est strictement non-fumeur
- La consommation de boissons et nourriture extérieures à l'hôtel est interdite dans toutes les parties communes de l'hôtel

The Full Pass includes classes, afternoon parties and night parties. By purchasing a Full Pass, you hereby authorize the Festival, the photographer and video maker of the festival, its agents, rights holders as well as the organizing team, to copy and use your image for promotional and communication purposes of the Multiverse Kizomba Congress. MASTER CLASSES NOT INCLUDED.

The Thursday PreParty and the Monday AfterParty, and Master Classes are not included in the Full Pass.


## Good to know ##

=> Not included: Cloak check, drinks and meals

=>Refund possible through the online ticketing cancellation insurance (paid option)

=> A EUR25 penalty will apply for presenting a pass with the wrong gender


## Hotel rules ##

- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors (common areas and rooms)
- Drinking or eating products purchased outside of the hotel is strictly prohibited in all common areas of the hotel
