A votre arrivée au parc des expositions, vous devez présenter votre badge (imprimé ou sur téléphone), afin de pouvoir utiliser l’entrée exposant et accéder au parking dédié.
Chaque badge est personnel et nominatif.
Une fois dans l’enceinte du parc, vous devez obligatoirement vous présenter à l'Accueil Général de la manifestation afin de récupérer votre bracelet. Ce bracelet vous donnera accès au Parc des Expositions pendant le montage, le démontage et toute la durée de la manifestation.
Le nombre de badges et de bracelets correspond à celui indiqué sur votre contrat. 2 badges/bracelets sont automatiquement inclus dans votre contrat.
