Outdoor Yoga
A one-hour yoga session led by Célia, focused on mobility, breathing, and recovery. Material provided.

Conversation with Mimmi Kotka
An open discussion covering her UTMB experiences, training, mindset, and life in the mountains, followed by a Q&A.

Apéro & community gathering
Stay for a selection of local food, wine, and drinks while chatting with Mimmi, the Bedrock team, and the local trail community.

7:00 PM — Meet at the shop
Welcome, introductions, and an overview of the session before heading together to the track.

Warm-up
Easy jogging, mobility drills, and running-specific exercises to prepare the body.

VMA Testing Session
Led by Charly Marchal and Mimmi Kotka, participants complete a progressive VMA test while receiving guidance on pacing, running form, and how to interpret the results.

Cool down
Easy jog, stretching, and discussion around training zones and how to use your VMA in future sessions.

Food & drinks at the shop
Head back to the shop to enjoy coffee, pastries, and drinks while chatting about training, racing, and the season ahead.

6:30 PM — Meet at the shop
Grab a drink, explore the materials, and get inspired before starting your project.

Customisation Workshop
Design and personalise your own Craft cap or t-shirt using a selection of patches, transfers, and creative elements. The Bedrock team will be on hand to help bring your ideas to life.

Food & drinks
Take a break, share your creations, and enjoy local food, wine, beers, and soft drinks with the community.

Trail Nutrition Talk
Mimmi shares her approach to nutrition for training, racing, recovery, and long days in the mountains, followed by an open Q&A.

Welcome, gear check, and a short briefing before heading into the mountains.

Sunrise Trail Run
A relaxed group run through alpine trails, timed to catch the best morning light. Regular stops to enjoy the scenery while Toni photographs participants throughout the outing.

Return to the shop
An easy finish back in Chamonix.

Coffee & Breakfast
Wrap up the morning with good food, drinks, and conversations while reliving the run and sharing the photos from the session.

Welcome, product fitting, and a short briefing before heading out.

UTMB Course Trail Run
A social run covering part of the UTMB course, led by Mimmi Kotka or Hugo. Participants will have the opportunity to test Craft products throughout the run and receive feedback on gear and performance.

Time to return the demo products and freshen up.

Food & drinks
Wrap up the evening with local food, drinks, and relaxed conversations with the Craft team, Mimmi, and the Bedrock community.
