Trainings - March 15-18, 2027
Espace LaRochefoucault, 11 Rue Catherine de la Rochefoucauld, 75009 Paris, France
Advanced Active Directory Intrusion Tactics
Trainers: Hugo Vincent & Wilfried Bécard
Active Directory remains the backbone of identity and access management for most enterprises, making it the primary target in red team engagements, but mature, well-monitored environments demand far more than textbook attack paths. This training goes beyond the well-trodden techniques to focus on the advanced tradecraft needed against hardened, actively defended infrastructures: deep ACL and Kerberos delegation abuse, SCCM and ADCS exploitation, cross-forest trust pivoting, advanced secrets extraction, and persistence, all practiced with discretion against detection in mind.
With 70% hands-on labs, each student operates against an individual, realistic corporate environment of 20+ machines spanning multiple AD forests, built from our own red team engagements. You will chain reconnaissance, lateral movement, privilege escalation, secrets extraction and persistence into a complete kill chain, until full domain compromise, with the same depth and stealth constraints you'll face on real, mature engagements.

Agentic AI for Security Engineers
Trainer: Kévin Tellier
Agents are now capable enough to do real security work, but results on complex, production-size tasks depend less on the model than on the system built around it. This four-day training teaches you to engineer that system. You start with LLM internals and build your own harness: tools, skills, sandboxed execution, MCP integration, multi-agent workflows, context window optimization, observability and evaluation. You then apply it to Active Directory intrusion, application security (with benchmarked workflows tuned on known vulnerabilities in open-source projects) and defensive detection engineering. Frontier and local models are compared throughout: to get better output from the former, and to see how far the harness can narrow the gap for the latter when data has to stay in-house. About 70% of the time is hands-on, in an individual cloud-hosted lab. This is not a course on attacking LLMs. You leave with measured, reusable workflows.

Azure Intrusion Tactics
Trainers: Paul Barbé & Matthieu Barjole
Azure is now the identity and operations backbone of most modern enterprises, extending the attack surface far beyond the traditional on-premise network. This training equips red teamers with the full offensive playbook for Microsoft's cloud: Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Azure resources, Azure DevOps, Intune, and hybrid Active Directory/Azure environments, with stealth and operational security woven throughout rather than treated as an afterthought.
With 70% hands-on labs, each student works through a realistic corporate kill chain, from unauthenticated reconnaissance and initial access to lateral movement, privilege escalation, persistence, and detection evasion across a full Azure tenant and a hybrid identity setup. By the end, students will be able to assess and exploit cloud environments the way real adversaries do, while understanding exactly what defenders will (and won't) see along the way.

Emulation, Deobfuscation and AI-Assisted Malware Analysis
Trainers: Théo Letailleur & Maxime Spellanzon
This training covers the analysis of protected Windows malware: encrypted strings, hash-resolved imports, custom packers, control-flow flattening and code virtualisation.
The approach rests on two tools. CPU emulation with Unicorn is used to execute decryption routines, hash resolvers and unpacking stubs in isolation, and to recover control flow from flattened functions. MCP servers for Ghidra and x64dbg make both tools scriptable by an LLM.
All exercises use publicly documented malware families, allowing students to compare their results against published analyses. Four days, approximately 70% hands-on.

From PLCs to the Cloud: Legacy & Modern ICS Security
Trainers: Arnaud Soullié
Industrial Control Systems are changing fast. Modern plants mix legacy PLCs with software-based controllers, cloud services, Zero-Trust networks and IIoT, creating attack paths that neither traditional OT expertise nor classic IT pentesting fully covers.
This fully hands-on 4-day course teaches ICS security by building before breaking: you program a PLC in ladder logic and configure a SCADA server, then analyse and exploit industrial protocols (Modbus, S7, OPC-UA, MQTT), attack PLC engineering services and soft-PLCs, pivot through Windows/Active Directory into OT, and escalate privileges in AWS-connected industrial architectures.
Everything is applied in two guided Capture-the-Flags: a "legacy" plant compromised from corporate IT down to the process, with a physical model train and robotic arm as a bonus target, and a modern cloud-connected factory attacked from the Internet through AWS onto a physical production line.

Mastering Burp Suite Pro, 100% Hands-On
Trainer: Nicolas Grégoire
Burp Suite Pro is the leading tool for auditing Web applications at large, but also a complex beast where new features get added every few weeks. Mastering Burp Suite Pro, including its newest features, allows testers to get the most out of the tool, optimizing time spent auditing and testing. Work will be faster (hotkeys!) and much more efficient (more tools, more possibilities!). Attendees will also learn to measure and assess the quality of their attacks, a crucial skill in real-life engagements that can make the difference between a false-negative and a critical finding. In short, this training is for Web hackers who want to master their toolbox.

Physical Access Control Systems & RFID: Attack & Defense
Trainer: Babak Javadi
Physical security is the foundation of any security model.
Beyond firewalls and network hardening, government and enterprise alike must consider how security infrastructure safeguards digital, material, and human assets. If an adversary can walk through the door, every other control is negotiable. Physical security is foundational to the ability to resist unauthorized access or malicious threat.
In this four-day training, students will be immersed in the world of PACS tokens, RFID credentials, readers, alarm contacts, tamper switches, door controllers, and backhaul protocols like OSDP and SSCP that underpin Physical Access Control Systems (PACS) worldwide, with a deliberate focus on the platforms, credentials, and standards deployed across Europe. They will leave with a toolkit of credentials and interception tools they can continue to use after class. The final day includes a standing emerging-technology block, which for this delivery covers Aliro and the Proxmark5.
The course builds from low-voltage fundamentals and intrusion detection, through the commercial platforms and 125 kHz credentials still found on most doors, into modern smart cards, European vendors such as LEGIC, SALTO, and Paxton, and finally into the data models, signed credential objects, and mobile and Aliro credentials that define the current generation of access control.
Every day is hands-on. Students work on purpose-built RTA training hardware and the RFID Door Simulator. Participants will be well-equipped to make technically informed and fiscally responsible security decisions, not only for their respective organizations but also for themselves. Students completing the training will be able to assess a target, identify the attack surfaces most likely to yield access to critical areas and infrastructure, and explain precisely why a given credential technology does or does not resist attack.
