Join us for five hours of movement, dance and exploration, combining KAMAU's approach to adaptability and body awareness with ESCO's focus on technique, musicality and expression.

Through guided exercises, playful challenges and creative exploration, you will:

* Develop body awareness, coordination and rhythm.

KAMAU — 3-Hour Movement Workshop

Movement as a practice for life.

Join us for three hours of movement exploration focused on body awareness, coordination, rhythm and adaptability.

Through guided exercises, play and physical challenges, you will explore new ways of moving, responding and making choices.

For whom: for anybody who's curious and wants to explore he's body differently, all levels are welcome from beginner to pro athletes.

What your ticket includes:

* 3 hours of guided movement practice.
* Individual and partner exercises.
* Playful challenges and movement exploration.
* Tools to develop body awareness, coordination, adaptability and creativity.

The goal is not to reproduce perfect movements, but to discover new possibilities, challenge familiar patterns and move with greater freedom.
