a walking dinner on the language of bond

 

After Mouvement, Balbosté opens a new chapter of its pop-up series with Siblings, an unique evening built on connection, duality and the quiet evidence of complementarity. On one side, twin DJs Doppelganger, bound by far more than music. On the other, the three siblings behind AVAU Parfum, united by a shared sense of smell and the art of perfume. Two worlds, one shared language. For a single night, sounds answer scents, and family stories become a collective experience.

 

The experience

Siblings introduces a new walking dinner format: six small courses, paired with a drink, served to an intimate circle of 60 guests. The Balbosté kitchen draws on the duality of its guests, translating mirror, echo and complementarity into the plates as well as the scenography of the space.
