The new regulations limit the number of swimmers in the water to 6, so we offer 3 different options:
1️⃣ Boat for up to 6 swimmers
2️⃣ Boat for up to 12 swimmers (rotations possible if > 6 swimmers)
3️⃣ Private boat
Please note: boats can be completed with non-swimmers passengers.
The departure time is 7:15 a.m. or 12:30 p.m (unless otherwise specified). Please show up 10' before. The tour lasts from 3h to 4h.

✅Remain reachable a few hours prior to the event. In the event of a change of meeting place due to the weather, we will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible and maximum at 3pm the day before.
✅ Please comment on any other AVAILABILITIES when booking.
✅The new regulations applicable from 2025, impose organizational restrictions, in order to reduce the pressure of our activity on the protected species of our "fenua". Only 3 boats are authorized around a group of whales.
✅ Neither ENCOUNTERS nor SWIMMING are GUARANTEED, even if you have chosen the “swimmer” option. As these are wild and unpredictable animals, you must accept the risk of not making an observation despite our best efforts. No discount will be granted whatever the option chosen (swimmer or observer).
✅ Encounters with wildlife are never guaranteed. Since animals are wild and unpredictable, we must accept the risk of failing to make an observation despite our best efforts.
✅ We provide snorkeling equipment, but you are welcome to bring your own.
✅ The guide reserves the right to authorize swimming only if safety conditions are gathered (swimmer level, sea conditions, whale behaviour...) You must be able to use fins/mask/snorkel without difficulty for at least 100m in the open sea. People who do not know how to use the gear effectively will not be allowed in the water. Children under 10 years old are not allowed in the water (with some exception, consult us)✅ Encounters with wildlife are never guaranteed. ✅ We're heading out to sea for several hours, and we may encounter harsher CONDITIONS than in the lagoon. There may be swell, wind or rain. "Perfect" conditions are not guaranteed. If you are subject to seasickness, ask your pharmacist for advice.

➡️ CANCELLATION POLICY (at buyer's initiative):
For all cancellations/modifications initiated by the buyer and whatever the reason, a minimum of 3% bank taxes will be retained. Please notify us as soon as possible for any modification/cancellation, so that we can refound and re-organize.

Cancellation 7 days before the excursion (10 days for 3+ groups OR private boat) : ticket fully refunded (-3% bank taxes)
Cancellation < D-7 : 50% deduction from ticket (< D-10 for 3+ groups OR private boat)
Cancellation < D-3 (72h) : 100% deduction from ticket (< D-5 for 3+ groups OR private boat)

Off the whale season, we offer scuba diving, snorkeling and private boat "apéro sunset".
