> The time indicated is the meeting time. The tour lasts from 3h30 to 4h (2h30 on Sunday sunsets). 
> Encounters with wildlife are never guaranteed.
> The guide reserves the right not to authorize swimming if safety conditions are not gathered (swimmer's level, sea conditions...)
> Sunset tours are only available on Sundays from September to November. Swimming is not allowed on sunset tours.

> We're heading out to sea for several hours, and we may encounter harsher CONDITIONS than in the lagoon. There may be swell, wind or rain. "Perfect" conditions are not guaranteed. If you are subject to seasickness, take precautions and ask your pharmacist for advice. 

> Remain reachable in the 24 hours prior to the event. In the event of a change of meeting place due to the weather, we will notify you by e-mail the day before. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY (at buyer's initiative): 
For all cancellations/modifications initiated by the buyer, 1% of BilletWeb's commission will be retained. Please notify us as soon as possible for any modification/cancellation, so that we can refound and re-organize: 
D-5: 50% deduction from ticket (D-14 for groups of 6 or more)
D-3: 100% deduction from ticket (D-7 for groups of 6 or more)
