Two days.
Two initiations.
One journey.
An immersive weekend to learn how to remain deeply connected without losing yourself, and how to fully inhabit your power without closing your heart.
Saturday opens the body, presence, and relationship.
Sunday integrates the shadow, power, and truth.
Together, these two experiences create a complete passage:
from connection to sovereignty,
from sovereignty to power,
from power to embodiment.
We have often been taught that we have to choose.
To be open or protect ourselves.
To love or set boundaries.
To be vulnerable or remain powerful.
To enter into relationship or preserve our freedom.
We have learned to believe that, in order to be deeply connected, we sometimes have to adapt, hold ourselves back, make ourselves more acceptable, or abandon a part of ourselves.
And that being powerful means controlling, dominating, impressing, no longer needing anyone, or no longer feeling anything.
A way to be fully open without abandoning yourself.
To meet another without losing yourself.
To feel intensity without dissolving into it.
To set a boundary without closing your heart.
To take up space without diminishing someone else’s.
To inhabit your power without needing to prove it.
This is the path we will explore over these two days.
Not only through words or intellectual understanding,
but through the body, breath, movement, relationship, Shadow Work, and guided experiences in pairs.
How can I remain deeply open to connection without abandoning myself within it?
The first day is an exploration of embodied tantra, presence, and relational sovereignty.
It is not about seduction.
It is not about artificially creating intensity.
Nor is it about performing a form of spirituality or reproducing a relationship technique.
It is about slowing down enough to feel what is truly here.
The body.
The breath.
The other.
The distance.
The opening.
The closing.
The movement towards.
The movement away.
The impulse.
Through the tantric gaze, Tandava, intuitive movement, and a range of relational explorations, we will learn to meet another person without immediately adapting, creating a story, or leaving our own experience.
presence rather than performance;
connection without merging;
openness without self-erasure;
listening to the body’s yes, no, and boundaries;
the capacity to feel intensity without dissolving into it;
the courage to be seen without constructing a persona;
the possibility of setting a boundary without breaking the connection;
meeting the masculine and feminine within ourselves in a non-gendered way;
intimacy as a quality of presence and awareness.
Opening and intuitive reading of the moment
A moment to sense the passage we are moving through collectively and the question it raises in our relationships.
Breath and body activation
Gradually moving out of the mind, releasing tension, and returning to a deeper presence in the pelvis, spine, heart, and entire body.
Tandava and intuitive movement
Slowing down.
Allowing movement to emerge from within.
Stopping the effort to produce a form, and beginning to listen to what is truly seeking to move.
Tantric gaze
Meeting another without trying to understand, seduce, reassure, or control.
Remaining present with what the encounter awakens in the body.
Guided relational explorations
Experiences in pairs inspired by tantra, somatic work, and acting practices.
Observing what opens.
What closes.
What wants to move forward.
What wants to move back.
What is asking to be expressed.
The first day restores a form of gentle sovereignty:
I can be with you without abandoning myself.
What would I choose if I stopped waiting for permission?
The second day is an initiation into The Art of Power.
An embodied Shadow Work experience designed to feel, meet, and integrate what it means to stand in the fullness of your power.
We often speak of power as a quality we need to develop. But much of our power already exists.
It is simply held within the places we have learned to hide.
Our anger.
Our ambition.
Our intensity.
Our authority.
Our capacity to say no.
Our capacity to ask.
Our desire to be seen.
Our fear of being disruptive.
Our need to be loved.
Our refusal to obey.
Our desire to take up more space.
When these parts cannot be consciously acknowledged, they do not disappear.
They become control.
Comparison.
Passivity.
Seduction.
Self-erasure.
Suppressed anger.
Powerlessness.
Waiting.
Procrastination.
Or a way of constantly placing our power in someone else’s hands.
This experience does not seek to manufacture a stronger, more dominant, or more impressive version of ourselves.
It invites us to meet the places where we have surrendered our authority, and then allow that power to return to the body.
the fear of taking up space;
the fear of being too intense, too visible, or too powerful;
control as protection against powerlessness;
suppressed anger and ambition;
the power we project onto certain people;
our relationship with authority, refusal, and permission;
the unconscious benefits of remaining small, well-behaved, or hidden;
the difference between embodied power and domination;
the capacity to choose and act from within ourselves.
Opening and intuitive reading of the passage
A moment to encounter the themes of power, inner authority, and personal responsibility.
Breathwork and body activation
Mobilising held energy.
Bringing movement back into the body.
Creating enough presence and safety to meet intensity without becoming overwhelmed.
Hypnosis or intuitive meditation
A guided journey to meet the part of ourselves that fears its own power, refuses to see it, or continues to place it outside itself.
Embodied Shadow Work
Observing what lies behind self-erasure, control, waiting, self-sabotage, or the fear of taking action.
Not in order to eliminate these patterns,
but to understand what they protect, what they make possible, and what energy they hold.
Power exercises in pairs
A series of experiences, primarily in pairs, through which we will feel what it means to take up space, set a boundary, make a request, refuse, have an impact, and embody inner authority.
We will not talk about power.
We will feel it.
We will witness what happens when someone looks at us.
When we take up space.
When we say no.
When we ask for more.
When we stop apologising for existing.
Integration and embodiment
Transforming what has been revealed into a concrete choice.
Bringing power into an action, a statement, a boundary, or a real commitment to ourselves.
The second day opens another possibility:
I am no longer waiting for someone outside me to give me permission to become who I am.
Each day can be experienced separately.
But together, they create a much deeper passage.
It is possible to learn how to set boundaries without truly opening your heart. It is possible to seek connection while continuing to abandon yourself within it.
It is possible to develop your power while using that power as armour. And it is possible to cultivate vulnerability while remaining unable to choose, act, or take up space.
Sovereignty without relationship can become a form of protection.
Connection without sovereignty easily becomes merging, adaptation, or self-abandonment.
Power without heart becomes toxic domination — or false domination.
Heart without power becomes powerlessness.
This two-day journey brings together what we have learned to separate:
openness and boundaries;
vulnerability and strength;
relationship and autonomy;
heart and authority;
sensitivity and action;
awareness and embodiment.
On Saturday, we learn to return to ourselves within connection.
On Sunday, we reclaim what we had left in the shadows.
I return to myself within relationship.
Presence.
Body.
Listening.
Connection.
Boundaries.
Sovereignty.
I reclaim my power.
Shadow.
Authority.
Truth.
Choice.
Action.
Embodiment.
Between the two, something begins to shift.
What the relationship reveals on the first day can be met more deeply on the next.
A closing.
A fear.
A difficulty saying no.
A tendency to disappear.
A desire to control.
An inability to ask.
A fear of being seen.
A need for permission.
The other person then becomes a mirror.
Not to define us,
but to reveal the places where we can return to ourselves.
returning deeply to your body;
stepping out of automatic patterns, control, and the constantly active mind;
meeting another without masks or strategies;
remaining open in relationship without abandoning yourself;
feeling intensity without losing yourself or closing down;
recognising and expressing your boundaries, needs, and desires more clearly;
experiencing connection, separation, vulnerability, and power;
discovering where you diminish yourself in order to be loved or accepted;
meeting the parts of yourself that withhold their truth and strength;
learning to ask, receive, refuse, and take up space;
saying what has never been said and finally deserves to be expressed;
uniting an open heart with inner authority;
finding a freer, truer, and more sovereign way of relating;
inhabiting a power that does not dominate and a vulnerability that does not disappear.
A passage beyond having to choose between relationship and self, heart and power, openness and sovereignty.
This weekend is not a lecture.
It is not a space where we remain seated and analyse our patterns.
Nor is it a promise of instant transformation.
It is an experience.
A space guided with precision, depth, and presence, where the body, breath, emotions, relationship, and awareness work together.
Some explorations will be individual.
Others will take place as a group.
A large part of the work will be experienced in pairs.
Everything will be offered with respect for each person’s pace, boundaries, and consent.
You will always be free to slow down, adapt an experience, or choose not to participate in an exercise.
Depth does not come from pushing beyond your boundaries.
It comes from the capacity to remain present with what is truly here.
Can I be deeply open, fully connected, and entirely sovereign?
What if I stopped choosing between my heart and my power?
What if I no longer needed to disappear in order to be loved?
What if I no longer needed to close myself off in order to feel safe?
What if I could feel my strength without turning it into domination?
What if I could meet another without abandoning myself?
Two days to feel it.
Two days to move through it.
Two days to begin embodying it.
SOVEREIGNTY & POWER
From connection to truth.
From truth to power.
From power to embodiment.
Ophélie facilitates spaces for emotional, somatic, and relational transformation.
As the co-founder of HolyMystic, she has spent several years creating immersive experiences that bring together presence, Shadow Work, embodied spirituality, emotional work, the body, relationship, and awareness.
Trained in coaching at HEC Paris, she has explored a range of approaches around the world, including spirituality, sacred sexuality, energy work, initiatory rituals, and somatic practices.
Since 2021, she has facilitated retreats and immersive spaces across Europe.
Her work explores one central question:
What happens when we finally stop playing a role… and begin to truly inhabit our truth?
“I was personally surprised by the power of your guidance. I did not expect to go so deep in such a short workshop. I expected something lighter, and I really appreciated entering something intimate and intense, with the ‘other’ present solely as a witness. I also appreciated the way you held the space with a combination of presence, mastery, and vulnerability. Thank you for all of that.”
“I had the honour of taking part in Ophélie’s Tantra workshop — how deeply my heart was nourished! I loved every invitation she offered us to connect with ourselves and with others, always while listening to and respecting our own pace.
If you come across one of her future workshops, go for it. You will be treated to Ophélie’s generosity and presence. Honestly, I did not believe I would experience a workshop of this quality in Paris. I truly did not expect it — it is rare and precious!”
“You initiated this first discovery for me. As someone seeking to embody this sincerity, I experienced both an authentic moment and a way of approaching authentic, simple, and uninhibited relationships with people in my life.”
“I needed to reconnect with my sensuality and emotions in order to step up. These spaces are pure joy, shared with beautiful souls!”
“Your guidance, kindness, and attentive listening allowed me to open in a gentle and enjoyable way. Beyond the beautiful connections I experienced last night, the best feedback I can give you is that making love with my boyfriend after this Tantra workshop was simply INCREDIBLE.
It gave me such deep attunement to my body and his, such heightened availability and sensitivity — which he felt and experienced too — and such delicious slowness!”
“It was an experience of deep connection with another person, and therefore with oneself.
You dive into the other person, and little by little the masks of awkwardness, power, and shyness fall away… making space for a sublime vulnerability in which you recognise yourself. That is where the magic lies.
You lay down your weapons. Honestly, you leave feeling high and deeply well, with the sense that you have touched something that could truly save the world.”
“I found you radiant, deeply aligned, connected, gentle, and honest. I received care for my soul. By the end, I felt an intimate connection with every participant, held in kindness and respect.
I would take part in another one of your workshops again with immense joy.”
“I loved it. I am always amazed by the power, relevance, and energy of exercises that seem so simple.
It was one of those things that truly shook me. It is incredible how much we can discover and ‘see’ another person without speaking, simply by gazing into the depths of their soul.
I love it. It feels good and gives you a lot to reflect on.”
“It was absolutely magical, and I have already felt the benefits since this morning. In particular, I feel much more grounded, peaceful, and harmonious. A huge thank-you for this experience and for the accelerated encounters it created — connections that already feel so powerful.”
This journey does not necessarily have to end when the workshops do.
On Saturday evening, after the first day, we will go for dinner together at a nearby venue.
As soon as you register, you will also be able to join a WhatsApp group dedicated to the weekend.
If you are travelling to Paris especially for this weekend and would like to experience other offerings related to tantra, movement, embodied spirituality, art, or transformation, I can share a selection of complementary events and experiences with you.
The intention is to allow those who wish to experience more than two workshops:
a true urban retreat weekend in Paris.
A time to slow down, practise, meet, share, dance, experience the city differently, and remain together beyond the guided spaces.
All purchases are non-refundable. Your ticket may be used as credit towards another event taking place within the same calendar year, provided that you notify me at least 48 hours in advance.
