Join AEGEE Toulouse for our Summer Kick-Off Picnic at Jardin Compans Caffarreli, a lovely green spot in the Center and the perfect place to ease into the season together.

Bring your own food, drinks, blanket, and any games you'd like to share, and come enjoy a casual evening with other international students and PhD students spending the summer in Toulouse. Whether you already know people or are simply looking to connect, this picnic is an easy and friendly way to meet others, share a meal, chat, and enjoy the warm weather together.

There is no formal activity planned, so the idea is to keep things easy and spontaneous. We'll help connect everyone, and the group can coordinate naturally on the spot. You can come to relax, meet new people, play a few games, or just enjoy a summer evening outdoors in good company.

 

Please note that over the summer we have fewer volunteers available, so while we will provide a practical info sheet with the key details you need, bookings and the organisation of the outing remain the responsibility of each participant.

Membership: Our events are reserved for association members. Membership is free and open to anyone who shares our values. Send us a DM on Instagram to request the form link if you want to join the community!

Cancellations: Each ticket is personal and cannot be transferred. The only way to cancel your ticket is through the link in your confirmation email. For free events, we have a strict no-show policy: if you register and do not attend without canceling at least six hours in advance, you will be unable to join association events for two weeks. We do this to keep things fair for the whole community, so everyone gets a chance to participate. Thanks for understanding.
