La Swell pour les novices : on commence par 45 minutes d’improvisation guidée par une danseureuse pro. Une façon de rentrer dans la danse comme dans un jeu, sans appréhension. On enchaîne avec 1 heure de DJ set où la danse est complètement libre. Le tout pieds nus, sans alcool et sans parole : aucun obstacle au plaisir de danser tous ensemble. Pas besoin de “savoir danser”, aucune technique ni choré à connaître. C’est ouvert à toustes, quel que soit l’âge et la condition physique. La joie de danser ensemble sans attendre 2h du mat ni le prochain festival.

Théo Samsworth (UK/IRELAND) is a contemporary dance artist and performer who has worked for the last decade as a freelancer and company dancer all over Europe. Theo has a strong love of improvisation and his practice is based on finding organic flow of movement by exploring and utilising the articulation and freedom of the pelvis and spine, thus reaching a state of full body engagement. Through this research he aims to find a place of cathartic joy and release. He has performed globally, taught workshops in multiple countries, and is also a certified yoga teacher.
Jacques developed a deep sensitivity to music at an early age, perceiving it as an emotional and instinctive language. His relationship with music is primarily physical: he doesn’t just listen to it — he inhabits it. For him, every sound is an invitation to move, to resonate from within. Through his artistic explorations, he seeks to reveal how music moves through bodies, transforms them, and connects them in a form of listening that is active, almost organic.
