Sylvain Ransy, pianiste et compositeur originaire de Guadeloupe, nous fait voyager à travers un jazz sensible et lumineux, traversé de reflets caribéens qui accrochent l’oreille et le cœur. Sur scène, son groove, son énergie et sa façon de créer un lien avec le public rendent chaque moment vivant et chaleureux. Après avoir joué aux côtés d’artistes comme Alain Jean-Marie, Jacques Schwarz-Bart, Calypso Rose ou Tony Chasseur, il façonne un univers où jazz moderne et héritages créoles se répondent avec naturel.
Avec son quartet, Pierre Bernier, Simon Bernier et Damian Nueva, Sylvain ouvre une nouvelle page musicale : un jazz libre, qui fait dialoguer l’improvisation, l’écriture et une spontanéité toujours en mouvement.
