CAPUCINE THIREAU

Capucine is a certified Positive Discipline trainer for parents and at school.

Mother of 3 close boys, she discovered positive parenting in 2014 (starting with the Faber and Mazlish method for which she is a trainer).

Since 2014, Capucine has been supporting many parents / educators throughout the world towards parenthood that is more respectful of each other, in groups and individually.

Having lived in 4 different countries for the past 10 years and knowing the challenges faced by a family that regularly changes place of life, Capucine works internationally with people from very diverse backgrounds.

Trained in NVC (Non-Violent Communication) and specialized in parental burnout, she helps detect, prevent and treat parental burnout.

Encouraged by the many positive feedbacks from her participants, Capucine is committed to continuing to dynamically develop the Positive Discipline® wherever life takes her, through various channels (schools, associations, foundations, parents' groups, companies, etc.).

Being herself the mother of a gifted child, the firmness and kindness of the positive discipline tools are like a guide to her family every day and allow her to support parents in difficulty with their own gifted children.

For Capucine, positive discipline provides concrete tools to build interpersonal relationships that are more respectful of everyone, in a trustful and cooperative way.

Before becoming a trainer, she taught for 15 years. She had the joy of participating in the international growth of the Positive Discipline Association by being co-president.
Master trainer qualified in Positive Discipline, she actively participates in the development of ADPF (Association Discipline Positive France).

Thanks to the strength of her experience in recent years and the concrete results that she has observed through her training and application in her daily life, she decided to found Connectivité in order to offer the benefit of this approach to a greater number of people. .

Convinced of the contribution of Positive Discipline, she trains new trainers so that everyone can appropriate the benefits of the process.
According to Nadine Gaudin, the power of Positive Discipline lies in the fact that it integrates the imperfection of the human condition and provides a multitude of very concrete tools for interpersonal relationships.
