CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Cancellations made more than 10 days prior to the tour departure will receive a full refund.
2. Cancellations made between 5 and 10 days prior to the tour departure will receive a 50% refund.
3. Cancellations made 5 days or less prior to the tour departure require payment for the tour in full, with no refund issued.

• Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late to the tour meeting point will be considered no-shows and treated as cancellations with no refund.
• No refund will be provided for any unused portion of a tour if a traveler fails to begin at the designated start point.
• No refund will be provided if a tour is interrupted at the client’s request or due to reasons beyond the control of the guide or company (e.g., unexpected closure of the top of the Eiffel Tower due to weather conditions). Our tours operate rain or shine.
