As you start your year here, we wanted your very first evening in Toulouse to feel like a proper welcome. So we're taking you to one of the city's most iconic spots for a dinner together.

A Real Taste of Toulouse

We've picked Chez Carmen, a true Toulouse institution! Family-owned for three generations and still run by the same family today. In fact, it's the oldest restaurant in Toulouse still in the hands of its founders.

They're known for their delicious local recipes from the South-West, and a great wine list too. For this evening, they've put together a menu just for you, and they're genuinely excited to welcome you for your first Toulouse dinner.

Let's Break the Ice First

Before we eat, from 7:30 to 8:00 PM, we'll run a few team-building games to help everyone get to know each other. Nothing serious, just a way to laugh a bit and make sure no one's eating alone.

There will be vegetarian and vegan options, of course.
If you have any allergies or specific dietary needs, let us know on the registration form and we'll pass it on to the restaurant.
