Welcome to the ticketing platform dedicated to volunteers for the Welcome to Paradise 2025 Festival for 18-30 year olds!

The whole team would be very happy to serve with you this summer. Your help will be extremely valuable to us! The rate is €170 regardless of the number of festivals/prep sessions you choose as a volunteer. You are expected two days before the participants, that is, on Saturday. Welcome desk will be open from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Your registration will be confirmed when you receive the PDF of your ticket in your email inbox-don’t hesitate to save it. One ticket gives you access to the Welcome to Paradise Festival site, meals, all events, and several activities. Some activities are subject to a fee; you will get the details upon arrival.

NB: If you choose payment in several installments, you will only receive your ticket after the final payment.

Before the festival, it is possible to cancel your ticket if you are unable to attend. Nevertheless, a €20 cancellation fee will be withheld, and €50 if you cancel after May 31, 2025. Any cancellation from July 20, 2025 onwards will be fully charged. Shuttles and accommodation are non-refundable.

Whatever the reason for the cancellation, it must be done directly online by clicking on "Manage my order" in the email received after purchasing the tickets.
