DESCRIPTION
Join us for 4 days of creativity and happiness. 
What we offer is a retreat in Vienna around creativity and arts. This event is mixing hands-on workshops, a spectator's journey and a community event ! 
During these 4 days, you will :
- explore your creativity during 20h of workshops
- attend amazing performances from the Wiener Festwochen Festival
- meet and get to know the other attendees and several guest artists 
- have fun time to discover Vienna differently

GROUP SIZE : max. 10 attendees. We want to keep the group small to maximize the power of the experience.

 

WHO IS IT FOR?: Adult human beings with :
- a strong curiosity,
- a desire to explore, and open to others and arts, 
- a minimum B1 English level (English will serve as a commun language, but we will also use everyone's language during the workshops). 
Beginners in performing arts as well as experienced practitioners are welcome : we believe everyone can bring their own point of view, skills and sensitivity to our creative experience.

 

WHAT DOES A TYPICAL DAY OF THE CREATIVE EXPERIENCE CONTAIN?:
Around 5h of workshop per day, with a lunch break in the middle.
We always start with a physical warm up, and group cohesion exercises.
Each session develops creativity through the voice, the body, creative writing, or visual arts.
A bit of free time to relax, change or visit Vienna. 
Attendance to a performance of the official program of the Wiener Festwochen (Vienna Festival).

 

WHEN DOES IT START ? Friday May 31st at 5pm with a meet up before the first performance.
WHEN DOES IT END? Tuesday June 4th at 1pm.

WORKSHOPS DURATION : June 1st (6h), june 2nd (5h), June 3rd (6h), June 4th (3h)
PERFORMANCES OF THE WIENER FESTIVAL AS PART OF THE AUDIENCE : Friday evening, Saturday evening, Sunday afternoon, Monday evening.

 

WHERE DOES IT TAKE PLACE?
All workshops will happen at the CREATIVE CLUSTER (https://www.creativecluster.cc) in Vienna's 5th district. This amazing place is hosting 140 artists studios from visual arts to performing arts. It's a very inspiring place, perfect for an artistic retreat and to meet artists from different horizons.

REGISTRATION FEE : early bird until May 10th - 290e
after May 10th - 390e 
after May 24th - 450e
including 20h of workshop at the Creative Cluster, tickets to 4 performances of the Wiener Festival.
Registration fee doesn't include : food & beverage, accomodation, transportation.
