About

A women’s circle is a safe space created intentionally for women to gather. It is a space where women can come together in a sacred circle, created with the intention of making women feel seen, safe, heard, held, and witnessed on their journeys throughout life. It is a space free of judgment, competition, expectation, pressure or noise. It is a sacred space void of the demands of the outside world.

This Women's Circle takes place on Zoom.

This sisterhood group call is special because you need to be a bit prepared :

Prepare yourself a cocooning space, alone (especially for confidentiality), with a little herbal tea or hot chocolate, in a place that relaxes you.

Prepare yourself for the process: we will take turns speaking for about 5 minutes, although you are not forced to speak.

Express yourself as you feel it during these 5 minutes: you can let silences, tears, joy, any type of emotion, as you wish. You can also use objects that evoke memories, for example, a work of art. You will all have the same amount of time to use as you wish.

Listening and confidentiality: The circles are free-speech spaces where listening takes precedence, so you will be asked to keep the exchanges confidential and not react to other participants' testimonies.

Be punctual, once the circle has started, latecomers will not be accepted.

The circle will last about 1h30, be sure to be fully available during this time.
