This Forrest Yoga Mentorship Programme spans 12 months and is designed to support and develop yoga teachers who are graduates of any 200hr yoga teacher training.

We begin with an 8-day retreat at the Domaine de la Licorne centre in the Dordogne, France. A place of calm, beauty and nature. Set in over 10 hectares of woodlands and prairies.

We focus on developing you as a teacher — honing your skills & uniqueness, building your confidence in working with injuries & hands on assists. AND because we're on retreat, we have extra time to share our knowledge in bodywork, energetics, anatomy, ceremony etc with you.  

You also get to discover your relationship with Ceremony on this training and define your version of Ceremony. 

Here's an example of what you'll experience during the course: 
~ A total of 8 days of teacher training
~ Plus, 1 group online session each month for 1 year
~ Ceremony, meditation & asana lead by Ilias &Charlie 
~ Teaching practicum and teaching feedback/coaching
~ Hands on assist coaching, as well as new assists
~ Email support from Ilias & Charlie whenever you need it for 1 year
~ Plenty of opportunities to ask questions

A typical training day: 
Each day begins with Ceremony and a deeply nourishing yoga practice. After the morning session, you are on break — your opportunity to soak up the goodness from the morning. 

Afternoons are loaded with several of the following: teaching practicum, sequencing, learning hands on assists, written processes, personal reflection, guided journeying, ceremony. 

 
Online meet-ups
We will meet with you once per month from May 2024- April 2025. You'll be given fun assignments, we may practice together and make time for your questions.

Accommodation:

Check out the accommodation options below all prices include meals and use of facilities. Dietary requirements are catered for. 

 

Travel:

Travel isn't included in the price, the nearest airports are Bergerac or Bordeaux, Toulouse is also possible with train lines going to nearby towns from all airports. We'll be happy to help you figure out your journey to the retreat centre. 
 

Financial investment:
Pricing is below. The training is set at 1500€ for early bird. The price then goes up to 1650€ in Jan 2024.
