Want to enjoy a bit of fresh air and discover one of Toulouse’s nicest spots in good company?

 

Come join AEGEE Toulouse for a relaxed walk or bike outing along the Canal du Midi, a perfect late-afternoon plan for international students and PhD students who want to stay active, enjoy nature, and spend time with others in a simple and welcoming atmosphere. Starting from Ponts Jumeaux, this is an easy and accessible way to enjoy the city differently.

 

At AEGEE Toulouse, we like this kind of event to stay flexible and social.

You can come for a short walk, bring a bike if you want, and enjoy the route at a comfortable pace.

The idea is not performance, but a pleasant moment outdoors where people can chat, move around, and enjoy the setting together.

Students will coordinate naturally on the spot depending on whether they feel more like walking or biking.

This is a free event and very easy to join, especially if you are around central Toulouse.

 

We will meet up at Ponts Jumeaux, so just bring comfortable clothes, a bottle of water if needed, and your bike if you want to take the cycling option. To keep the event family-friendly and enjoyable for everyone, the route will stay short and easy, with the bike option remaining fully optional.

 

If you are looking for a relaxed outdoor activity, an easy way to meet people, or simply a nice break in your week, this is a lovely event to join with AEGEE Toulouse.

 

Please note that over the summer we have fewer volunteers available, so while we will provide a practical info sheet with the key details you need, bookings and the organisation of the outing remain the responsibility of each participant.

Membership: Our events are reserved for association members. Membership is free and open to anyone who shares our values. Send us a DM on Instagram to request the form link if you want to join the community!

 

Cancellations: Each ticket is personal and cannot be transferred. The only way to cancel your ticket is through the link in your confirmation email. For free events, we have a strict no-show policy: if you register and do not attend without canceling at least six hours in advance, you will be unable to join association events for two weeks. We do this to keep things fair for the whole community, so everyone gets a chance to participate. Thanks for understanding.
