CANCELLATION POLICY
For any requests regarding changes or cancellations of tours, please send an email to info@queertoursfrance.com. Once a booking is confirmed, changes to the content and dates of tours are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Refunds will not be issued if changes requested after booking cannot be accommodated.
Cancellation fees apply according to the following policy:
Cancellations made more than 10 days prior to the tour departure will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made between 5 and 10 days prior to the tour departure will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made 5 days or less prior to the tour departure require payment for the tour in full, with no refund issued.
Please note that some tours require advance purchase of entrance tickets, which are non-refundable.
Additionally, please be aware that:
Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late to the tour meeting point will be considered no-shows and treated as cancellations with no refund.
No refund will be provided for any unused portion of a tour if a traveler fails to begin at the designated start point.
No refund will be provided if a tour is interrupted at the client’s request or due to reasons beyond the control of the guide or company (e.g., unexpected closure of the top of the Eiffel Tower due to weather conditions). Our tours operate rain or shine.
