Two guitars, a double bass and a violin: Minor Sing is a gypsy jazz band from Lyon that has been performing at major festivals throughout France, Europe and South America for more than ten years. We can’t wait to welcome them to the club!
Django Reinhardt remains an essential reference, of course, but the musicians of Minor Sing are also firmly looking to the future. Their interpretations have a distinctly contemporary feel, sometimes infused with pop and rock influences: this is a band with no intention of standing still.
Humour is another of their trademarks, without ever detracting from the finesse and virtuosity of these accomplished musicians, who already have more than 700 concerts under their belts!
This concert is made possible thanks to our partnership with our friends at La Halle du Bouillon Blanc in Sensenruth and CC Alter Schlachthof in Eupen.
Line-up:
Yannick Alcocer (Doigts de L’Homme) – guitar
Jean Lardanchet – violin
Sylvain Pourrat – double bass
Laurent Vincenza – guitar
