Deuxième weekend d'une série de 5 stages.

Vous pouvez les aborder indépendamment ou comme un fil d'ariane pour revenir à soi tout au long de l'année.

Chaque week-end fournit un contenant solide pour oeuvrer sur les changements et transformations que vous souhaitez engager au coeur de votre quotidien.

Au coeur de ces temps de danse nous approfondissons la relation entre individualité et authenticité en mouvement. Nous dévellopons l'authenticité de notre présence et explorons la façon dont nous pouvons insuffler notre énergie singulière dans l'interaction aux autres et au groupe.

Prendre la place, développer la puissance de présence qui nous est propre. Pratiquer la disponibilité à soi et aux autres, développer son centre de mouvement tout en profitant de l'énergie et du soutien du collectif.

Un temps privilégié pour approfondire la perméabilité possible entre réalité du ressenti personnel, sphère de l'intime et expressivité authentique au monde. 

Rejoignez-nous dans un espace magnifique, semi-intérieur / semi-extérieur, pour célébrer la danse ensemble. Des rendez-vous intenses et nourrissants.

Chaque stage est accompagné en partie en musique live avec différents musiciens invités.

Au minimum une session en musique mixée chaque weekend également.

Un espace laboratoire, créatif et sécure pour approfondir votre pratique du mouvement et la carte des 5 Rythmes.

Intervenants:
Guillaume vous invite à un weekend de stage pour enrichir votre danse, explorer les nuances aux limites du connu et de l'inconnu entre perception, expression et transformation de vos états de corps et de coeur en mouvement.
Guillaume Laplane enseigne les 5 Rythmes depuis 13 années internationalement.
Il anime des retraites et stages en immersion en pleine nature.

Mix et musique live avec musiciens invités.

Second weekend of a series of 5 workshops.

You can approach them independently or as a breadcrumb trail throughout the year.

Each weekend provides a solid container to work on the changes and transformations that you want to initiate at the heart of your daily life.

At the heart of these dance times we deepen the relationship between individuality and authenticity in movement. We develop the authenticity of our presence and explore how we can infuse our unique energy into the interaction with others and the group.

Taking space and develop the power of presence that is unique to us. Practice availability to oneself and to others, develop one's center of movement while taking advantage of the energy and support of the collective.

A privileged time to deepen the possible permeability between the reality of personal feelings, the sphere of intimacy and authentic expressiveness to the world.

Join us in a beautiful, semi-indoor / semi-outdoor space to celebrate dancing together. Intense and nourishing meetings.

Each workshop is accompanied in part by live music with various guest musicians.

A least one session with be held with mixed music.

A laboratory, creative and safe space to deepen your practice of movement and the 5Rhythms map.
