Don't like rockabilly? Then whatever you do… don't come and see the Spunyboys!
They've got everything going for them: they're proud lads from Northern France, they look the part with their slick hairstyles, they deliver a fierce, infectious sound with total authenticity, and they've spent years perfecting their craft.
Playing around 110 concerts a year, active since 2006, and having celebrated their 1,000th show back in 2018, the Spunyboys are among Europe's leading rockabilly bands.
As music critic Jean-Pascal Grosso humorously wrote, they've exported their "auditory disturbance" to Togo, Japan, Nevada, the UK, Switzerland… and now, at long last, to Open Music Jazz Club!
A must-see for fans of Carl Perkins, Little Richard, Johnny Horton, and the timeless sounds of New Orleans jazz.
Grumpy people need not apply!
